No. This tool does not promise an exact target size such as 200KB. Final size depends on the original PDF content, page count, images, scans and selected compression settings.

You can try the Small File mode or lower quality settings to reduce the PDF size, but ReadyNest Tools cannot guarantee a 1MB output. Some PDFs compress well, while already-optimized or text-only PDFs may not shrink enough.

You can use stronger compression settings to aim for a smaller PDF, but 500KB is not guaranteed. A short scanned PDF may reach that size more easily than a long document or a PDF with many detailed images.
